I began my career as a registered massage therapist in 1997. Prior to that I was working as a systems analyst for the provincial government. It was a job and that's it. One of my passions was triathlons which led me to having a strong interest in the human body and what it can do. I began wondering about finding a way to make a living while following my interests. When a friend was looking at a career change, he came across an introductory weekend at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy. We both signed up and, as it turns out, he did not go. I did and I was hooked.

After finishing school and passing the provincial exam in 1997, I came to Qualicum Beach to work in the office of Lee Olson, a chiropractor. He also had Rob Adam, another chiropractor, and Sherry Kerr, another RMT working with him. Sherry and I shared an office. After a year, Sherry and I were busy enough that we needed our own offices and we moved out and created Healing Hands Massage therapy clinic. In January of 2013, I moved my practice to a new office attached to my home.

I continue to have a passion for triathlons and the human body and its infinite possibilities.

    Hope to see you soon!
